1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO
PROCESS/SHIP/RECEIVE MY ORDER?
I try to process orders as quickly as
possible. Orders will process and ship directly from the studio in Toa
Baja, Puerto Rico within 1-4 business days. I ship via USPS First Class
Mail, which typically takes 1-3 business days transit time within Puerto Rico
and, 2-7 business days transit time within the USA.
2. All
sales are final. For any issues or a change of
heart, email me within 2 days requesting an exchange.
3. If a package arrived damaged,
please include a photo of the package. I will resend your order if the damage
was significant.
4. Your
privacy matters. The shop has SSL,
which is a layer of security when you enter your information at checkout.
Payments are processed by Paypal, which adds a level of security on all
transactions.
